Jury Duty is one of a citizen's most sacred privileges. It also give individuals an opportunity to see first hand how the courts in their community function.

The Superior Court Clerk in Forsyth County, Douglas Sorrells, acts as the jury administrator for the courts. General questions about your service in Forsyth County should be directed to the Clerk's office located in the courthouse in Cumming, Georgia. The phone number is (770) 781-2120. During your actual time of service, you will be given another number to call to receive a recorded message with instructions for the jury during a specific week.

If you are summoned for jury duty you should report at the prescribed time to the Jury Assembly Room located on the main floor of the Forsyth County Courthouse, 100 Courthouse Square, in Cumming. Free parking is available in the parking deck just east of the courthouse and square.
